1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PB Blockchain, the PBC Wallet, the Verify Anything tool, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PB Blockchain is an experimental, decentralized blockchain network in its Genesis phase. The Service includes:

• The PB Blockchain network and its Proof of Usefulness consensus mechanism
• PB Coin (PBC) — a utility token used to access and participate in the network
• The PBC Wallet for storing and transferring PBC
• The Proof of Truth verification system
• Knowledge Vaults for timestamping discoveries

3. PBC Token — Important Disclaimers

PBC is a utility token, not an investment. By participating in the PB Blockchain network, you acknowledge and agree that:

• PBC tokens have no guaranteed monetary value and may have zero value
• PBC is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument
• Past performance of any blockchain asset does not guarantee future results
• You may lose all PBC tokens you acquire
• Participation in the seed round is not an investment — it is a contribution to network development
• PB Blockchain makes no promises about exchange listings, liquidity, or token price

4. Wallet Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet name and password. PB Blockchain cannot recover lost passwords without admin-assisted verification. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately at whitepaper@pbblockchain.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible
• Understand that PB Blockchain currently operates centralized servers and your funds are custodied by the network operator

5. Proof of Truth — Disclaimer

The Proof of Truth verification system uses automated analysis and AI to assess claims. You agree that:

• Verification results are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• A "VERIFIED" verdict does not guarantee factual accuracy — it indicates no red flags were detected
• AI systems have training cutoffs and may not reflect recent events
• PB Blockchain is not liable for decisions made based on verification results

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Commit fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the network
• Submit false or misleading claims for verification
• Attempt prompt injection or manipulation of AI systems
• Create wallets for purposes of market manipulation

7. Health Data

The NOVA node accepts anonymous biometric data contributions. By submitting health data, you confirm that the data is anonymized, you have the right to submit it, and you understand it will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable health information should be submitted.

8. Intellectual Property

PB Blockchain, its code, branding, and documentation are the property of the network founder. The open-source components used are subject to their respective licenses. Knowledge Vaults seal your discovery timestamp on-chain — PB Blockchain does not claim ownership of sealed content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PB BLOCKCHAIN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PBC TOKENS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Experimental Software

PB Blockchain is experimental software in active development. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or temporarily unavailable. The network may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For questions, contact whitepaper@pbblockchain.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
