Go to /wallet-app and click "Create New Wallet". Choose a unique name (letters and numbers only) and a strong password. Your wallet name is permanent — choose carefully. You'll receive 10 PBC as a welcome grant.

Use the "Forgot Password" form below. Submit your wallet name and email address. An admin will verify your identity and reset your password within 24 hours. We cannot automatically reset passwords — this is a manual process for your security.

No. Wallet names are permanent and recorded on the blockchain. If you need a different name, create a new wallet and transfer your PBC balance to it. You can change your password anytime from the Settings tab in the PBC Wallet.
